Their earlier USP was the daily group sessions taken by some brilliant trainers like Rahul for Body pump and Ritu for Masala Bhangra. Now only Spinning and Yoga class are worth taking. Workout area is just like any other run of the mill gym. Though steam bath is one incentive which makes membership worth. General trainers are completely useless as they are more interested in their gossip and mobile phones and not everyone can afford personal training expense. Staff (barring couple.of them) doesn't even bother to wish their customers.

I had very bad experience about chisel gym Priyadarshi Vihar unit . They had offer of 14,000 as annual fee . I went there with clear understanding that I will come there for 02 days trail and on 01st November I would give the cheque . Due to some emergencies I couldn’t go to Gym on 01st Nov and 02 November I went and gave the cheque but they returned the cheque on 04th Nov saying that there offer is over and they will charge now 16,250.00 . There was no written message given to me or they didn’t put any notice at their Gym that the offer is valid till 01st November. It really gave very unprofessionally behaviour . I had no choice than not to opt this gym as they can impose anything anytime . The question is not money it’s all about the clarity of understanding . I tried to explain them but all in vain .
