A possh colony in the heart of city in, close proximity to the Keruganj chowk , the famous 104feet Hanuman ji statue can be seen from the top of almost all the houses in locality and the colony is on the banks of river Khannaut, where in the end of the colony there is Khatoo Shyam Mandir, where annual celebrations of Janmashtami and Holi takes place, attended by a large no। Of devotees. The only problem is that the colony lacks in greenery somewhat.There is no maintenance of parks & fountains.
