They don't care about how your trainings are going on. They just want you to pay and use there machines. They have good quality machines, good atmosphere, cleanliness but training should also be good. Trainers are not allowed to train you properly, one card is made and all the trainers have to follow those 5-6 exercises daily.if workout is done like this then there is no need of trainers because the exercises are really very basic on the card. when you are working out ,all of a sudden trainer gets changed as the shift of trainers get changed after every 1 hour which simply means it is a high chance that if you have planned 6 exercises for a day half of those will be told by different trainer. How any trainer will be able to give proper training to an individual without focusing properly.

Well hygienic, Positive Vibes, Well equipped, spacious, and my trainer Rakesh is Great at what he does. His energy and positivity will encourage you to achieve your fitness objectives.nFee is also reasonable.

Very bad sanitization and maintenance daam poor all equipment are old and can give huge injury and as well they hyped the prices as well as they have thuged the the balance amount of the members who payed already for the whole year is now at 0 completely thy make there own rules and change as per their mood../ situation...

They Are Doing FRAUD !!nnPoor Policies,Post lockdown they Deducted my Subscription for half,and after that demanded 3000/- Rejoining Fee !!nnThess kind of scammers should be fined and really needed to b taught a lesson. I am looking forward to it.nnI highly recommed you other good chains like Talwalkars and gold or chiesel.nnThe Energy gym staff just say we r here for salary,managment takes decissions,they are of no purpose.nnA Big No from my side !

You might misguided from reception desk to earn money.. specially when you're new to fitness through gym.nThere's huge difference between service you were told and you receive.nNo professional services will be providednHighly disappointed.
