Decent facility in terms of machines etc. Good location. However parking in daytime is major hassle.nMore than that, is the attitude of people running it. I went for a trial and talked to few people who are using it for more than 3 months. Toilets are very dirty. I saw one lady requesting again & again for AC but they kept making excuses. Trainers keep pushing you to pay extra for hiring them personally. But I guess all the gyms have that issue. Decided not to join eventually.

It is a great place to workout and refresh yourself. Cool ambience, amazing cleanliness and hygiene, latest equipments dedicated trainers and friendly staff members are some of the features that describe this place. Above everything this gym is open 5am to 12am allowing me to be consistent with my workout. From changing room to regular assessments, this gym provides everything that is needed to live a healthy and happy lifestyle. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is passionate about health and workout.

Really good yoga sessions conducted by Mohan! His techniques are really effective and he helps you push your body and limits. I would highly recommended his classes to the yoga enthusiasts out there!nnMy trainer Shadab is also great! His PT sessions have been helpful in toning my body. He keeps introducing new exercises to make the sessions more effective and interesting.

Amazing and a great place to workout. Very friendly staff and a highly knowledgeable team of trainers. Saying from experience as have been taking personal training from shahdaab sir. Another important name to mention is of Mohan sir who is a fantastic yoga trainer with deep knowledge n understanding.. his yoga sessions are not to be missed.
