Amazing service and training. The trainer always motivates all the clients to do the best they can :) . The other day i have done 60 surya namaskar in an hour which seems impossible to me but only due to our trainer Ms. Monika Sharma, this was possible. She really gives her best in catering to the client’s needs. I have been in touch with La Fitness since 2013, and it has never disappointed me. This is indeed not a gym or aerobics centre to me but a second home as they provide all the comforts and warmth to me ♥ufe0f♥ufe0f When it comes to diet and workouts, I am fully satisfied with their service.
