Toiletries and Cleanliness-5/5nStaff Behavior 5/5nLocation 5/5nFood and Infrastructure is Good, specially liked the rooftop decor!!nThe only issue we had is with the network connectivity. Even normal calls were not possible from the rooms.

We held an event in the RJ Resorts conference room. It was our daughter’s birthday and we needed a space that would work for 20 or more people. The owner and the staff at the hotel were more than courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. We are so thankful for the staff who made it a wonderful event for our daughter. We would recommend RJ resorts for events or stays.

In terms of service it's totally good... But if you want to enjoy nature.... Then it's not this place.... This place mostly underground.... So you should understand that

The most important thing for me during a vacation stay is comfort & cleanliness. Since we had a really bad experience with one of the hotels, so we had to change our hotel at the last minute. The hotel staff was very warm and courteous, especially Binay. My mother fell down from the stairs during sightseeing. He was courteous enough to come to the room and check, and readily made hot water bags available as per our request. The room was ok in space, ok enough for two people. The room was without a view, but since we were out the entire day, it didn’t really bother us. The cleanliness was okay. The bed linen and towels were just okay. Hot water was available throughout. Since we wanted to have something local, we informed them in the morning for our dinner meal. They agreed to make it, and the food was great and fresh. Overall the stay was good and comfortable, proved to be value for money.

Fantastic rooms and service. The majestic views are a major advantage of staying in one of their luxurious suites. Post COVID the management has taken serious measures of disinfection that are clearly visible at all entry and exit points and thus provide much needed peace of mind in these trying times. Right from entry to check-in one feels safe. Quite commendable and therefore a much well deserved 5 stars. The remainder of their usual services are top notch. Highly recommended.
