OYO 8241 Hotel Green Park

Staffs are extremely polite and helpful.nRooms are modern and cozy but are small(tiny) but thats good as its too cold in darjeeling in winter months.nLocation is not good as its kind of inside. So if u have lot of luggage , then its a bad thing.nIf you get rooms in first floor, preferably 101 and 102, you are screwed and frozen.nNo network in 3rd, 2nd and 1st floor.nIntercom doesn't work in first floor, so u can't call receptionnThe staff managed to change our room to third floor after the first day.

Food was really good... Rooms are also damn good...

We stayed there for two days. We thought #Kurana group is best and it turned out as poor. Hotel service staff are good and understandable. But manager (Black-blue suit) is very careless and didn't paid attention to our needs.nWhat's bad-n1. Our room was located in ground third floor and there's no liftn2. It was too cold in the ground floor and heater was not working properly, we requested to replace it and manager denied to do so. They charged 700 rs for useless heater for two days.n3. Intercom in the room was not working and each time we have to come upn4. Location of the hotel is not goodn5. Manager is very partial towards guestsn6. We requested to change the room, manager agreed and later he didn't make any changesn7. Geyser in the room will gives only 1/4 ltr of hot water and we have to wait for 30 more minutes to get hot watern8. Overall its very bad experience for us. We don't recommend this hotel to anyonennOnly good thing is service staffs are good. Food is okay.
