Darjeeling.... The Queen of Hills....located on the lesser Himalayas.... From Darjeeling on can experience the beauty of Kanchenjunga, world's third highest range. The city is really beautiful.. We went for family tour on the mid of March, 2021. Our experience is good but alas I can't see Kanchenjunga due to fogy weather. But previously my parents went to Darjeeling the became the witness of beauty of Kanchenjunga.... Which was mesmerizing. There are lots of places to visit in Darjeeling... All are so nice.... As we stay in a hotel in Darjeeling Mall Chowrasta..... We experience the Darjeeling Mall always... My personal experience I like the Joyride on Darjeeling Himalayan Railway from Darjeeling to Ghum again back to Darjeeling station. In Darjeeling we book a cab for three days..... And we visited Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, HMI, Happy Valley Tea Estate, Ranjeet Valley Tea Garden, Jalapahar, Japanese Peace Pagoda, Dali Monastery, Batasia Loop, Orange Valley Tea Estate, Rack Garden, Pink Market, Darjeeling Inox, Darjeeling Station for Joy Ride..... Our Cab driver Mr. Somu is very nice man, helpful & dedicated. All places are so nice We went to Mahakal temple, Mahakal Market, Mal market & Chowrastha Market ourselves. We also experience Cake & cream roll in Glenary Bakery which is yummy and Chicken Sausage & eggs in Keventers too good to eat and softy in Keventers is also yummy for 40 rupees both are in 2 minutes walking distance from our hotel near mall. Food in Darjeeling is also reasonable... 3 Bengali hotels are there near mall where one can get Bengali food. We stay in Bellevue Hotel, the hotel is in mall nice hotel, spacious room, good hotel service, hot water available always, room service is good, nice staff... Here food is not available only morning tea is available, so we try food from different places & enjoyed a lot. Me want to go to Darjeeling again to visit those places left to visit. Must visit.....
