Samsung Service Center

I had charging problem with my samsung A20 and i went to darjeeling service center.they ( mr chettri)told me that they need to change the charging port it cost me ₹1300.00 which is really expensive. When I check only price for A20 the price is only ₹700.00 really disappointingnThank you for your service.

They kept my I pad for two months and returned me with worst condition, dead battery's and so on.

They have not yet managed to procure a plate charger.

Plz don’t buy Samsung products.nWe are having this problem with the global company Samsung Q led TV.Which we have bought 13 months before.We have spend Rs1,85,000 on this TV.In 13 months we are having a lot of issues with this TV.TV display is spoilt and even some other parts.We have been calling since last 50 days the service center and CustomerCare.We are not getting proper response and after 50 days they come they say we have to spend Rs70,000 more on this TV for display and other parts.This is very disappointing being such a big company Samsung we are facing all these problems.#samsung

Paid them the amount still could not fix my phone.
