GoAir customer complain Token Id: G8-01345261nPNR: S4QD3FnMy ticket was cancelled from Airline's end and I am being asked to pay the remaining amount for rescheduling it. Can you please help me by issuing me the boarding pass for me. Despite repeated mailing no satisfactory reply has been received neither through call. Advice of different Customer care executives are not resonating and are misleading altogether. Despite repeated calling now they are not responding to calls after 35 minutes of hung up of call. Journey date: 1st November 2020. PNR Status confirmed only after paying for airline's failure to operate properly. . Boarding pass will now be issued therefore.nnWorst airline experience. You'll soon get over by curse of millions of frustrated passengers who got cheated by you. Ignominious management.

Worst service!!!!!nCancelled my flight one day before. Neither did I recieve any message nor I was informed about the cancellation of the flight. I came to know this when I was about to do web check-in.nThere's something or the other problem everytime.nLast time the flight was delayed. Late boardingnNever ever fly with this pathetic airline.

PATHETIC. Cannot be a worse airline. Specially the Bagdogra Manager. Wonder how the company is bearing him. Most rude and unprofessional behavior I ever came across. Please avoid GoAir for your own safety and comfort.
