The hospitality and service was top notch at a very reasonable price. You don't have to go through the hassle of bargaining with the local taxis. We had a complete 9 days tour of Sikkim and the entire trip was smooth and hassle free. We got a really professional driver. The tour manager assigned to us used to coordinate everything from morning pick up till evening drop. The only improvement that i would like to suggest is to provide some information regarding the importance of each place to the tourists and plan a little better, regarding which spot to visit first as per their opening and closing timings, not only according to their distance from the hotel.

Me and my wife used Wizzride services for the first time for our North Sikkim Tour. We spent 2 nights and 3 days in North Sikkim. The tour started from Gangtok and the driver dropped us back to Gangtok. The service was absolutely professional. The driver was very courteous and behaved extremely well. There was no extra payment given in cash etc and everything was online. The tour manager, Mr. Diptesh, was constantly in touch with us throughout the journey and even made wake-up calls to us at 5/6 am in the morning. Will definitely recommend Wizzride to everyone and will personally use it again definitely wherever they have services and operational areas.

The customer service representative confirms the same on morning of your journey and they give you a call once your boarding time has passed to check everything is going fine.nAlso you can hire a hatchback or SUV as per your requirements.
