Fraud Alert, Apollo Pharmacy Ajnara Grace is a Fraud who is looting people at this time of pandemic please do not but any thing from them, specially the item like oxymeter, they will over charge you first on the name of quality and then will send scrap at your home which even will not start in its first go, they will switch off their numbers immediately and then will deny the return, they have made the easiest way to loot by doing this scam.

I asked for a medicine..They checked and told me that the same is available...When I asked them to deliver then suddenly the medicine was out of stock....Shameless creatures sitting in the outlet.

Staff is arrogant and very rude. They even don't know how to speak to a customer. Lazy staff. Worst happened when they refused to give medicine saying that not available . Kindly take action. However I have also initiated complaint on customer care. If required the level will be raised soon.

Poor Experience.n1. Unavailaibility of medicines:-nMost of the times they dont have the medicines which i went to buy or less in quantity. So almost every time i have to go to some other pharmacy.n2. Costly substitutes:-nDue to unavailability of required medicine they give substitutes. These substitutes are very costly. So please check it when you go there.n3. Off net:-nAt several times i have been denied to give medicines against the points earned reason being NET NAHI CHAL RAHA. POINTS NAHI SHOW KAR RAHA.etc.
