There are 2 fully energetic trainers available for the gym one for the cardio and another one for muscle building both are highly trained with about 11 years of experience. All equipments are in good condition. Great place to workout with ambient space for both strength and endurance workouts. The workouts are fun and the workouts are led by trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement.  If you go you will see the results no question and definitely recommend & encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

All trainers are amazing. But best one is nitin sir..nHe takes the time to carefully coordinate workout for our group.He spends time not only on helping us in the exercise session , as well as talks about the importance of diet and nutrition values.nInfrastructure is very nice .all exercise equipments are available overall have a great experience .
