Location, ambience and team is awesome. Size of the rooms too are good. The only issue is regarding general facility things.. Plug points, and door locks were not at all in good condition. Also the quantity of the liquid soap was too less. Overall experience was good but team needs to be focused on these as well.

The staff at the reception is unaware about the booking process, i asked multiple times about the concept of taking guest details while making a booking but none of them were aware about it.nnConsidering the property is made on the concept of a hostel, there are no activities planned for the guests, i sincerely regret booking at Zostel, the property right across from us was much happening and cool place to hangout with friends and make new ones as well.nnLikesnn1. Cleanliness and hygienen2. Relaxing common room arean3. Hot water available all the timennDislikesnn1. No activities for hostilersn2. No basic toiletries provided in dormsn3. Taps not working properly in the bathroomn4. Very bad food quality

Such a homely vibe, great saff who ultimately become friends, clean rooms with regular cleaning and changing of sheets.nHappy ji and his team makes amazing food so you end up eating at the Zostel most of the times.nThe staff is Very resourceful and with in minutes can get anything fixed for you. Right from cabs, to rafting appointments to two wheelers and a lot more.nShout out to the entire team for running the show so efficiently.nIf I ever go back to Rishikesh there is nowhere else I'm staying.nThank you for making our stay so memorable.

The property is in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food in the cafeteria is good too. The common area is well equipped and peaceful, to work from. The outdoor seating of cafeteria is a bliss at night-dine, have fun and watch the stars and mountains.nDo make it a point to hangout with Hemant,(one of the hosts) he will take you to wonderful places, he is such a lovely company to have.nAlso they will help you book rafting and have rental scooties, in case you need one to go around the city.
