Service is very poor.. They don't have enough staff to collect the return parcel and to deliver the fresh one.. The office staff don't know how to operate properly.. First they will call you to bring the return parcel to office then they will give different Reason for not collecting the parcel after you bring it.. They don't even know that the return id is generated from their side and they keep asking it from you only.. Don't know what they are doing in office without such knowledge..
