This is a serene and divine place. Heritage place with nice stone carvings.. The elegance of ancient architecture can be seen. Within the temple, there is a hanging pillar.There are also restrooms open. Shopping is available near the entrance. Paid Parking space available.

Always a pleasure to be here. Over the years I have seen this place evolve from a tiny hamlet to what it is today. Now it has a new path to reach this place - instead of going through the main Village Road. They have also taken some efforts to provide parking. Added another place to visit and small little trek to it. Approach is from the side of the temple structure rather than the main gate. Irrespective, it is a great place to sit and do nothing. And enjoy the marvels of this place ...

Wonderful place... Take assistance of guide.. They will explain the story.. And not costly also... Flooting pillar... And huge dinner plates should not miss... So ask guide to explain the story..

Sunset time at Lepakshi.nnWhen i reached Lepakshi noon time, i felt unfortunate, yes the sky was very flat in color, no cloud patterns with harsh sun light. So decided to stay till sunset and click sunset. Being a Candid photographer i visualised where and what composition would add magic to visual treat & here is few glimpse :)

Very good nandi statue. Enough parking space. Better to visit in early hours other sun makes the stone flooring very hot
