Ambience is good, restroom is good, children play area is also available (too dirty though). However, Staffs are not trained, too slow to serve the food, food does not taste fresh.

Ambience is very good, food taste is poor, menu is very local. It seems that more money have spent on infrastructure than that of food quality which will not attract the customer again and again. Put high standard chefs and train them on par at national level restaurants. Please come out of local food and local taste then only your business will grow and can cater the needs of national and foreign people. Be like a trend setter but not a routine ATP mass hotels.

Very poor.. had to request many staff people to give menu for 15 min and after deciding on the food again had to request the waiter for 15 min to take order... after successfully placing order for 1 soup, 2 regular starters, 2 naan and 1 regular mutton curry i had to wait 1hr 10min to get only half of my order... nobody dint even care to respond... worst service.. please visit the place only if u have loads of free time to waste and tonnes of patience...
