Koala Storage Osborne Park was amazing. The staff there are so so friendly, which made the experience even better. We were stressed moving house and had ordered a space that was too small. They were able to accommodate us with a larger space on the spot. Professional, courteous and secure- couldn't ask for any better from a storage company. Highly recommend!

Many thanks to Koala Storage (Osborne Park) and their terrific staff who made our move from Singapore to Perth during these challenging pandemic times a little bit easier. Koala stored our household belongings for 2 and ½ months while we searched for a house. When the storage unit we had pre-arranged was not large enough; they quickly found us a bigger one. The lovely ladies were helpful and super cheerful every time we visited and made us feel welcome with drinks and snacks. They responded to our e-mails quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process. We would recommend Koala Storage (Osborne Park) to others.

Was stranded in Perth for 8 months due to Covid and needed somewhere to store my things while I worked up north. The team at Koala Storage Osborne Park have been kind, courteous and caring throughout it all. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Koala Self Storage. The service was exceptional from day one. The Ladies at Koala are always friendly and very helpful. Was able to borrow the free trailer on a number of occasions, which was terrific. The coffee and biscuits in the office were a bonus.
