First off, I liked this facility because of their prices. They were the best prices I could find in the Mat-su easily. I felt confident that my items were safe with their video surveillance and gated property. It was easy to access my things and I could pay my rent online with no trouble. I would definitely recommend them for storage, because of their accessibility and prices.

What this place fails to tell you is that your unit is guaranteed to flood with several inches of water and ice during the course of winter. The owners are aware of this problem, failed to disclose this to me in the beginning, and proceeded to tell me to get in there with some ice melt and a pick axe and chip away at the ice that has destroyed and ruined my househoold goods, then put it all up on pallets. That would have been great to know in the beginning, guys.nnOf course, their contract writes them out of any liability or responsibility for damages, and they will blame you for poor snow removal, even though their units are mostly inaccessible during the winter (due to poor plowing). Their entry gate was once broken for 4 (4!!!!!) months. Avoid this place at all costs, you are literally better just throwing a tarp over your stuff.
