Went for covid testing and consultation with physician. The results were shared in 24 hrs. The doctor consultation was also very smooth. Highly recommend the facility.

Covid test was taken 2 days back i.e. 2021-05-04 . Stood up in the queue for 1hr though we went at early hours in the morning. Hospital did not take minimum safety measures for the patients who came for the tests. Hospital is charging 500 per test which is fine but no result were declared , no message received even after 2 days.Tried contacting hospital , but no one responded yet. Staff should be pro active at least in giving information.nnDoesn’t recommend this hospital.

Approached them for RT-PCR test. The process is well defined and executed. Only point for improvement is, the line where people are standing very close to each other to pay the fee and get the receipt. This is prone to very dangerous for people, who don't have Covid. They could easily catchup the virus from the others in queue. Hospital management should draw some boxes and use the security personnel over there and make sure there is a social distance in the line. This could prevent the spread and benefits everyone. Kindly consider and do something about this. Appreciate your efforts in getting Covid result within 24hours, because each hour matters!!

Given covid samples today, person who is taking the sample was very rude, she was talking on phone and placing the pipe in nose. If it is urgent call, we can understand, but she was taking her personal things and taking the sample. My mom was slightly hurt and when I asked her to handle carefully, she answered very rudely. There was no crowd, she can take time and handle the people carefully, but she was not doing that. Disgusting..hopefully hospital people will take care of this serious issue.
