Please don’t place orders on Spencer’s Online...... they are taking prepaid orders.... they are give slot after 5 to 6 days..... at verge of receiving orders on 6 day they cancel order ..... it happened to me for all my orders..... that means we have to wait for 6 + 7(to receive refund) days...... during this tough pandemic time ..... it is highly unethical practice.....nnAfter cancelling the order again sending alert saying slots available..... if we place order again same story repeat..... this is one way of cheating.nI asked customer care .... they also don’t care.... if you call their lines, keep u waiting for min of 40 minutes.....this is their strategy...... if you send mail to customer care ..... they don’t respond......even for initiating return our money also on their mercy.....I have complained to district administration with proofs.....nSo please be careful
