Poor servicenThe quality is good but the Service is very bad. We ordered a sofa set which was customized for the fabric and color we chose. The delivery was delayed for one day and there was no proper information or response. We had to cancel our travel plan as the sofa came the next day. They said it would come around 10 am but made us wait till 3 pm though we called so many times. They said transportation charges were included in the pay, but the delivery persons asked for the delivery charges. When we called back they said, 'no, it's not included'. And later they said a person will come to do touch ups for paint. Even after so many calls they tell me that they will send someone, it's been 2 months now and still no one has come. I am sick of making calls and listening to the same crap. So next time I would go for other furniture malls.
