don’t ever go to this shop. they literally cheat the customers. even if we complain to the manager there won’t be any use. we purchased 657liters side by side refrigerator. during the purchase we clearly informed to the store manager to provide the new piece not the demo product. but still they sent the demo product to us with lot of scratches on it. after raising many complaints to LG customer support finally they agreed to replace the product with additional transportation charges. why should we pay additional transportation charges for mistake store manager did. he is simply stating though its demo piece it’s in working condition and if you need new one pay additional 3000. why should the customer held responsible for the mistake store manager intentionally did??

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR! Do not buy anything from this store. They cheat customers promising many things. Just minting money for their profit.nLooks like even the LG customer service cant do much about this fraudulent behavior.

Store is providing fake insurance for customers stating one year warranty... its totally fake ..my TV got damaged in 2 months n complained the store..salesman named ramesh is hiding and not answering the calls..very poor service
