Lazy staff.. When we enter the store, only 1 lady has come and showed us the required items. Meanwhile other staff are chit chatting as a group and pulling this lady into the discussion. And collection is very limited and staff are not showing the items properly after the ask. I suggest eveyone to go online and shop as required instead of going and upset with staff behavior and posting long review like this knowing that nothing would change. ud83dude0a

I had a bad experience. The shop owner behaviour wasn't good. You better buy from firstcry.com or it's application for heavy discounts and better service. Here they don't offer you discount and also take gift pack charges extra.

They are taking packaging charges extra. The owner behaviour is bad. Better go for firstcry.com or app there one may get larger variety with good discounts.

I purchased baby shoes and the shoe lengh is suitable for 12 month baby but my baby 11 month and shoes not suitable for my baby (Very Tight).I called to firstcry showroom but he told to me no change for items.In any where shoping the exchange provision is available but in first cry it's not available.Finally money lossed without using the baby shoes.Bad experience......
