The service is very fast and great. It took me less than 30 minutes to complete passport renewal. Went to office at 1:55 pm and got out at 2:18 pm including the waiting time. The police verification was done next day and got my new passport within 10 days. Thanks to all the office staff at passport office and everyone involved. Thanks to the government for getting things done so efficiently. They have xerox in their premises. The xerox costs ₹1/- per copy only.

Very good and helpful staff and explaining all the details to everyone without hesitating. Especially one person name called Santhosh, he is very nice and well mannered. Good infrastructure.

here be careful because they try to sell you 400rs ka passport cover which u never needed that and also extra 50rs ka msg alerts so once u had payed 1500rs online for the passport nothing is needed except the documents required
