Very worst staff at Enquiry counter and the guards have no discipline!
Worse service waiting since morning to pro now it is 2:00 pm he has not arrived till now, I came for dob change, the mistake in dob was crept was from their side, but now they are blaming the applicant specially the lady, she didn't allowed to meet pro, worse service even waiting area at the parking lot, no fan, mosquitoes, no food facility, worse vizag, worse passport service don't make your passport in this office if possible. Go to another state and apply there.
Friendly staff. I entered the office on time and finished my work within 40 mins including waiting time. Only applicants are allowed. Security guards cares about you. I felt happy and great experience.
Who the hell asked to put office at vizag.. how chittur and Nellore people can come here.. worrest administration..
