Since the NAD flyover is opened all the vehicle owner's are preferring this bunk due to the NAD bunk route access issue due to which this bunk is always busy and crowded with vehicles. The reason I reduced one star is because there are multiple counters and when we ask for the card payments they are suggesting us to go to that particular station due to which we are wasting some time. I know there use to card payments in every station but now they have restricted to only one counter for card payments. While entering into the bunk we have to be little careful because we need to cross that service road and usually the vehicles travel from both ends and it gets difficult to watch out careful. There have been many minor accidents while crossing that service road.

Good bunk but I'm rating only 3 stars because this bunk staff works good only when owner available in the bunk, when owner not available this staff behaviour is not good
