It's an authorized fuel pump operated by HPCL itself. But, they are charging 1/- per liter extra as premium services in certain pumps with a sticker. Personally, felt that it is just cheating the customers by taking an advantage of public overlook or urgency. No premium services been provided untill we asked. They were vacuumed the car inside in one minute by calling it as premium service. Didn't expected this from an authorized fuel station.
