This place is great. I will be frank on this. I travel and I have not found a gym which is so welcoming. The trainer there actually helped me setup the equipment and also came for spotting. Equipments are not latest but does the job well. I came out happy and met one good trainer who supports training and well being of an individual.

Mr. Rawat is very good trainer.. I found positive result in me..and the equipment are good and in well condition where extra outside space is good for various moving exercises.
