It's a economical ,safe and good gym....trainers are really trained and educate about proper diet plan also....I ve reduced almost 15 kg weight under their guidance....

Well-equipped gym operational for 14 hours × 6.5 days. Off only on Sunday for half-day.

This gym is in the AWHO society in the basement of the central market. The space is really confined as compared to the other gyms so even with few people working out it looks kind of crowded. Rest al is ok in terms of machines and other exercise equipments.
