Don’t take your pet here! I’m a new pet owner with little experience on vets and hospitals. These people offered no resources to help with financial concerns. I voiced my worry about cost several times! I found out they have care credit after they sent me home with my sick dog! They never mentioned it. IF they would have said they had credit options I would have jumped on it. The office manager had no sympathy for my situation. It’s obvious she has no heart for animals. ud83dudc36nInstead, I had to take my Mango to another hospital. Thank God they were upfront about financing services. My dog is now being cared for by loving people.nI am now applying for pet insurance.nLive & Learnn***reap what you sow***nHorrible place! My emergency ended up being a disaster with these people! Save your pets life and money by finding another hospital!!!nYou’ve been warned!

The receptionist named Shana I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful, if you’re choosing to work in an emergency field, you should not carry an attitude with people who are simply asking for help/ more details. Being that we don’t have training in emergency situations with our fur babies, these people should be understanding and a little compassionate. I would not recommend calling/ coming to this hospital unless they get rid of Shana because dealing with the stress and anxiety of our animals health is enough as it is.

The staff was extremely kind and caring. I took my puppy to get checked today and they were very efficient. They truly care about what they do and it shows. Keep up the amazing customer service . Highly recommend

O stars. If your pet is having non life threatening issues sure waste all your money here.. If u care about your animal and it being alive, don't go here. They only care about money the Techs are cool but the company itself only has its interest at heart and will milk u for everything u have before they think to help your cat. And than at the end suggest putting them down.. Go to Road Runner Animal hospital in Peoria. They will help your cat . They will work with u and put u on payments no credit . They saved my cat. Thank me later

Took my cat here at 11pm, called ahead and the lady who answered my questions was very kind and understanding of my situation. They are only doing curbside at the moment, but I appreciate the precautions they are taking. The vet tech they sent out to my car took the time to understand the situation with my cat and even called my cat by her nickname (which she loves). My cat is generally not compliant with vets, but they handled her with care and compassion. They were upfront with wait times and checked in with me via phone call. They gave me the option to leave my cat and come back, which I did. I picked her up some hours later with discharge instructions. The next morning they even called to check up on my cat and make sure she was fine! I had no issues getting her records from her visit sent to my vet. Overall I'm very impressed with how nice and understanding everyone who worked there was. I would definitely bring my animals here in the event of an emergency or if I can't wait for an appointment with my normal vet.
