Exceptional service and care. Wouldn't think of bringing my pup anywhere else. Have mainly been looked after by Cassie who has been amazing!
Particular mention to Dr Alison, she is so thorough and attentive with regular follow ups and tips and tricks. I would highly recommend her! We have a pup who has a pretty hard case of anxiety and she has been outstanding in her troubleshooting. She goes above and beyond and is very passionate. I would highly recommend her.
First time there. Great Doctor and staff in general. Very gentle.
One of My cats with them for a long time, over 10 years, I have never complained of their overcharged bills. The fact is that I have never been informed about the cost of service upfront and was surprised all the time to see the amount. I even paid for a prescription when they ran out of the medication for my cat so that I could source it out myself. It seems to me their practice is all about getting paid for their time as much as possible, not about the animals’ welfare as advertised. Disappointed!
