The payment was successfully done by me through my credit card from Delhi to Dubai flight ticket for my Brother in law on 26 Dec 2020. You cancelled the ticket due to no availability of seats. If seats were really not available then why was the fight showing there on the website??nNow the refund is processed from your end as I received the email.nBut in case if any kind of fraud or cheating will be done with me then certainly I will take legal action.nAs per other reviews, you guys are not working properly in terms of doing refunds.nThe time given by you is of 7-8 working days and on 9th day I will be there in your office if my money will not be refunded on time.nnThanks

They trick and cheat on customers booking by sending wrong and confusing reservation confirmation. Would suggest all to read their email thoroughly before you check-in hotel. I had to pay double for room charge.

Extremely pathetic service provider. Keeps delaying refund with no valid reasons. Every time tells to keep patience. Guys don't fall into the trap of best rates. Better pay extra to stay with peace of mind.
