I ordered twice. Both the time Used future pay and balance from my credit card but surprised, money deducted from my card & wallet and order also cancelled, what is this going on??nCustomer care also not responding, hence, suggesting to avoid Big Bazaar for ever...

Very horrible service, feels more like a hoax . I had placed an online order and was supposed to get my order in 3 hrs , the payment has been made too . I waited for my order the whole day but have failed to receive it (haven’t received it till now) I cannot get through any numbers provided online . Never ordering from big bazar again . Very very very very horrible service .
