The Oldest gym in the vicinity with expert knowledge. You will get consultation regarding health, diet, suppliment and ayurvedic treatment. The coach is trained from Akhada in haridwar which makes him all rounder and winner of many awards in the past. Every individual get separate exercise schedule as per their body type, structure and stamina.
