The lady at the reception was very rude. I don't know her name but she don't have manners. I was so polite to her but she was so rude. She doesn't know how to talk in a humble way. Its very difficult for a common man to approach for help if such type of people exist in police station. They should have a feeling of empathy and sympathy with people. They should know to talk and behave. I came back home with tears in my eyes.

Badtanmeez,rude and speaking inappropriate language by the staff sitting at the reception both male female specially female sitting there on 28 June 2020 around evening time of 4 pm to 7 pm when i gone there,,,,these kind of bdtanmeez staff is saying and speaking inappropriate words and rudely to everyone coming there and spoling the name of thana,,,,i think these both male and female sitting on the reception should be fired from job,,,,,as the way these people are behaving with common public who want help or some assistance from them ,these people specially the female sitting on the reception on 28 June 2020 is doing nonsense sitting at reception desk where you need to speak and assist politely to people but these nonsense staff sitting in the front reception on 28 June 2020 is doing opposite and i do no think they deserve to be there ,they should be fired from their job both the male and female staff ,more punishment is given to female staff sitting on reception desk on 28 june 2020 in the evening time should be fired from job as they are making rubbish there

Nobody taking any serious action on my complaint. They denies to file a complaint and says please submit your complaint online. 11days past but not a single call from any official.
