3rd class service. Manager is very unprofessional. Today on 16.05.2020, I am the only customer to withdraw cash and have been waiting for 30 min. Manager giving lame system excuses. Worst service. Also the guards think of them as no less than the GM

The branch printer is not working since 20days N if by chance da printer started to work the staff in charge is on leave. Just to update ur passbook u need to go bank continuously for 20days yet ur work will not be done. So much inefficient staff. They don't want to talk with the customer. It's as if they r working there for charity when we public pay their salary with our hard earning money by paying tax. Government staff are awful. I am going to close my account in this bank rather I prefer HDFC or ICICI.
