Vishv Maitri Dham Borij Jain Derasar

Visited this place today at 12 on 3rd Jan 2021. Watchman didn't allow us in . The reason was acceptable as it's the Corona protocol what they are maintaining but the shocking part was that , we ran out of water and asked the Watchman and the authorities to just refill our water bottle as we were quite thirsty after having a walk of almost 3 km. On asking for the refill, they denied us for the same.

Borij Jain temple is just located near the very famous Akshardham temple of Gandhinagar City the capital of Gujarat state Borij is a Jain temple where Mahavir Swami is the Mulnayal of this Temple. alongside with this Temple There are several other temples located inside the campus along with the facility of Dharamshala and bhojanshala. The major attraction of this Jain temple is the Kasauti Stone Temple brought from West Bengal azimganj. The entire temple is built by generous donation of one single family inspired by Acharya Vijay Padma Sagar surishwarji Maharaj

This Jain Temple is located opposite Akshardham Temple of Gandhinagar. It also has Yatri Niwas having basic facility with AC & Non AC Rooms.
