Service Superb, Ambiance Fantastic, I love the lighting and interior as well. Booked an appointment for my wife for Hair Spa today , but they made us waited for 1 hr to provide service and still they were not sure about the exact time they will take to start the service. Atleast staff should clear about the availability of slot provided otherwise they should not book an appointment.nSuch an unprofessional behaviour shown.
