is this really true ? if so, why are u hiding your identity ? have u written your grievances to the company ? or this is just to malign the company and extract money ? or are you some incompetent employee who is fired by the company and you want to take revenge ? Recently we had one incident where a hacker who is completely unrelated with the company posted bad things about a reputed company and then blackmailed the company to pay ransom to remove the post. I hope you are not such a crook misleading the readers of your post with ulterior motives!

If you want to join in Internal Audit field and audit field is your passion, I suggest please do not join this surat RSM firm. I have worked here for 1.5 years and I felt that I have made mistake to join this firm.nNo Quality work, No different types of audit scope in internal audit. They have no IFC audit, no Sox compliance audit etc. I have seen no actual risk advisory concept followed.nDo not go by brand name. It is managing like as a properitor firm. No proper time will given to you to complete assignments and reports.nEven their HR policy is against employees. If you will resign then they will hold your all salary up to full notice period of 2.5 months. You have to beg for some salary.nThey have policy of retain total Rs.25000 from your first 2 salary. If you will not complete minimum 2 years in RSM, then they will not give you back this amount. So ultimately you will get low salary compare to your CTC.

I really searching the opportunity in this kind of organization...nAt where I will get really strength learning to my skill.nIf I get opportunity to join with this firm then definitely I will appreciate my self..
