Kalrav Child Hospital And Neurorehabilitation Centre

I have taken appointment early due to avoid crowd and in this covid pandemic. I have reached on time at hospital but there is no waiting area. When I have taken prior appointment then why should I have to wait. There is a que of around 20 people no any facility for seating. It's a kids hospital and people are standing on stairs what's this? Poor mothers have to stand with the child for half an hour. They should give proper facilities to patients at least sitting arrange ment. I just leave the hospital after seeing the situation.
