Terrible management and reception.nReception is not responding to calls. I had screenshots which I shared with Mr. Ravi Upadhyay, The (so called) Manager. No action taken.nnHere is my story..nnI have taken full year membership and paid full amount just 3 days before lockdown. The gym was closed for about 5 months due to lockdown. But when it opened, ideally they should inform their customer for new timings, covid precautions, etc.nnBut I had to call them to know about what I can do with my membership since I won't be able to join due to COVID also I moved out of city. So, I asked if I can transfer my membership to a friend but then gym management came up with new guidelines and asked me to pay some more amount.nnI highly doubt that they have really added 4.5-5 months to each member's revised membership plan, as I got SMS today that my membership is going to over in a day although 5 months of lockdown is remaining.
