Beautiful place, there is camp site available with rooms, kitchen and open theatre area. Only for family members more than 25 people. They only provide light water and space, rest is all on you. Natural habitat, just that the timings are bit akward.

Awesome place for a one day picnic, hike or trek with friends/family. Managed by Gujarat Forest department. You may come across many animals/birds like nilgai, peacocks, peahen and monkeys inside the Nature park. Added attraction is the pond. Shall see lots of birds flocking the pond on an early morning hike in winters.nnButterfly park for children. Good facility for washroom and drinking water. Bring your food with you. No eateries available inside the park.nnTicket: ₹30 per person. Camera not allowed. You may take photographs with mobile.

Basically a park surrounded by natural forest located in Gandhinagar ..It could be more beautiful if maintained properly .there is a butterfly park also but do not expect any swings .if you are visiting with children then do keep ample food and water with u, because no shops within 2 km.for photographic location it is good.

A very peaceful and calm place. As long as you do not create noise and speak soft you can see some very beautiful birds and deer. Nice place to walk but please its not a picnic spot, don't eat and litter there

A feel of wilderness in the heart of the capital. Not a soul in the park , but lots of nilgaïs, langurs, honey buzzards and Tickell's fly catchers. The butterfly garden could be better planted but the water body is charming, dotted with comb billed ducks. Recommended for nature lovers.
