Good for traveling

I travelled from Mumbai to Gandhinagar in the bus. It took me 15 hours. Can you imagine? I was supposed to reach by 8 in the morning. Reached at 1 pm. 5 hours late. No proper responses, when asked, all they say is that's normal time. Take stops every 2 hours. They even took the bus in wrong direction for few kilometers. 30 mins for getting diesel, during the travel. I can't give minus, otherwise I would have definitely done it.

Very good service. Pritulbhai bhai is very co operative .
