Worst experience ever, I really lost my hope on realme after this service centre experience.nI had realme watch and after using some months there was sudden black line on display without any outside damage yet they refused it to repair it. I think these chinese brands which have worst customer support must be banned and these rude service centre employees must be fired. I'm including the watch photo for confirmation that my watch had not outside damage at all still they refuse to repair it.
