I had rated it 5 in the past but now I rate it one. Before lockdown there were no appointment policy here and now they have started Appointment based services. Though today I had asked on registered phone number wheather the centre is opened or closed, they just said it's open. They didn't tell me that now I will require online appointment. When I reached there in the hot summer and passing full of traffic I found that no appointment is available for today.
