This shop is one of the most customer unfriendly and unprofessional shop that I have ever come across. I bought a sipper for my toddler son 2 days back and before giving it to my son for use, washed it with soap and water as usual. It was then I found that water was leaking from the bottom of the sipper. I took it to the shop for replacement. Firstly, the person at the cash counter told me to go to the first floor from where I had taken it, and there kept me waiting for 10 min. When I inquired whether it was because that I had come for replacement for which I was kept waiting, I was again told to go downstairs. Again at the cash counter they acted very unprofessionally and refused to listen to anything. I kept the damaged item there and came back without any replacement or refund. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP.

Have very good kids stufc. And all the toys are available. But no discount on stationary as you can get discount from outside.
