Akshay oberoi owned conceptions is a fraud business who lures people by his beautiful constructed office in sector 20 panchkula.nnBefore starting work they appear nice give nice budget give brand names that they will use in project give good time.nnBut they show their reality after starting work.nDisgusting person huge cheater.

Fraud people. 3rd quality material and 4 times rate than market. No after sales service. Avoid them completelynnThey are as fraud as their subsidiary conceptions by akshay oberoi( everybody knows him by name of chor in suncity parikrama).

Fraud people did 20 lakh fraud with me. Committed work in 11 lakh but took 30 lakh and did only half work of committed and in 9 months whereas committed time was 3 months. In their work there are thousands of defects for example half of ceiling lights which they claim to be of philips have stopped working, almost wiring has major defects like cctv wiring is choked,tv cable is choked,all hdmi cables are faulty,almost half of switches are faulty. Some lights turn off and automatically start after some time.nnDoor handles have come off,sliding handles have fallen off, sliding locks have broken, door stoppers have stopped working, and multiple other defects. Huge fraudnnThey have done poor quality melamine polish of some local cheap branding with 3rd grade finishing and charged me for sirca's pu premium polish which is best in market.nHis painter mushtaq had payments pending from other flats with akshay oberoi and thwy both have recovered all payments from my flat fooling me.nnCharged me 10 lakh rupees for carpenter sateyender labour has recieved only 4 lakh.nnSuch a cheap person and fraud never expected

Gave me non working lights that are duplicate lights by stamping philips, 3rd quality locks,chinese drawers, poor quality hinges, 3rd grade wires, broken hdmi cables, broken tv cables, broken ac wiring, melamine polish on name of pu polish,.avoid them and akshay oberoi
