Very bad staaf as they are not ready to do the work they are taking benefit of being bankers post that post must be taken from them due to thier irresponsible behaviour and characterics they dont deserbe to be the bankersnnThey are kept to resolve people concern not to increase them but they are doing sonAnd they should be dammed for doing so

The staff specially the ladies dont know how to talk to the customers/clients. Very bad staff they are not ready to do work infact they are busy with their phones.

I think worst is a quite small word to describe the pathetic procedure of this branch. Staff is damn lethargic and inefficient. Before anything else, they should learn some basic manners as they don't know how to deal with customers. Every time I go, I return with disappointment only.
