Very Bad Experis. Unknown technical staff , rood behavior , only consider sales after sales service zero. God knows why Hero Moto Cap give own responsibility to this type of dealer those not knows how to serve costumer and how to give training to staff, how to behave with costumer . Such a fool Dealer not give satisfied costumer service .

Very pathetic service. No accountable person is here. No proper waiting area and restrooms. Staff is not skilled and professional. Really felt disgusting. Bought Hero iSmart and still struggling to get its registration done from them. God knows how long Hero would stay in the business.

This is a good place for purchasing new hero bikes. Staff members are good and helpful, only workshop staff is very lazy , my friend's bike was damaged in accident. He applied there for claim. workshop staff took 14 days for repairing his bike where they can do this work in 3-5 days . This is why I'm giving them 3star review.

Staff dont know how to talk with customers... minus 10 rating...will never recommend to anyone...

Little expensive.. but service is good
